"Closest place to heaven". We expected a
lot, but both the hospitality and landscape exceeded our dreams.
We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Jackie's delicious food

thank you folks for the wonderful stay over at Sounds of Silence
.. It's certainly one of the highlights of our trip. The stay was
the most luxurious we’ve had in NZ, your hospitality and warmth
unparalleled. We are still raving about the stay to our friends.
The spa in the silence of the night brings back much happy
memories. Two nights stay is too short and a pity we missed out
on a fishing trip with Kerry to the Sounds, maybe that’s the

What a fantastic stay, we’ve had a wonderful time at Sounds of
Silence. Best Indian food outside of Bombay. Thankyou for being

When we planned our trip , Sounds of Silence seemed to be the
highlight to it, it has more than lived up to our expectations.
It has been a wonderful place to stay - such fun - great company
- lovely meals and the most beautiful accommodation on our trip.
